Please read these conditions carefully before using this website. By using the frankwrightmundy.co.uk website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on your cart, "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment via credit or Debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Your order will be processed once we have received confirmation that your transaction is complete. Please see the delivery schedule below for further information.

Shipping and Handling for Non-Alcoholic Communion Wine

We offer free delivery within the UK Mainland excluding the following postcodes:

AB37-AB38, AB41-AB56, IV1-IV37, IV63, KW1-KW3, KW6-KW10, KW14, PA21-PA35, PA37-PA39, PH15-PH26, PH33-PH49.

Deliveries to these postcodes will incur an additional up to £12.00 charge. There is also a £16.00 charge applicable for deliveries to Northern Ireland BT1-BT83.

Contact us for delivery costs to Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Southern Ireland and Scilly Isles and all other destinations. At this time we are unable to process orders to these destinations via the website.

As of April 2019 all shipping addresses that fall within the Ultra Low Emissions Zone of Central London will be subject to an additional £1 delivery charge.

Breakages

Any breakages or loss must be notified to us within three days of the delivery date. Claims outside these limits will not be accepted

Delivery Schedule for Non Alcoholic Wine and Church Supplies

All orders are usually processed the day your order is placed to be delivered by our courier within 48 hours depending on location. This means that we are usually able to ship wine as quickly as the next day.

We are unable to provide an exact date/time of delivery however our courier will provide updates to any email address you provide.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods or services you have ordered, or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered, that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, snow, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Tax Charges

Where applicable the price is inclusive of VAT.  Please note VAT is not applicable to Non-Alcoholic Communion Wine or Altar Breads.

Credit Card Security

All orders are processed via Worldpay or Paypal and as such no card details are held on our systems. Worldpay and Paypal both comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Remittance Terms

Payment in Full by Credit or Debit Card via Worldpay or PayPal.  Payment by BACS is also available and an invoice can be supplied. Goods will ship once the money has cleared in our bank account.
