We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard via our Payment Gateway WORLDPAY or alternatively you may pay with a debit or credit card via PAYPAL. No account is required for either Worldpay or Paypal.  
Your order will be shipped once we have received confirmation that your online transaction is complete subject to the delivery schedule below.

Shipping and Handling for Non-Alcoholic Communion Wine

Please note we no longer supply 330ml Trays of Non-Alcoholic Communion Wine.

We offer free delivery within the UK Mainland excluding some postcodes. See here.

Wine deliveries to restricted postcodes will incur up to a £12.00 additional charge. There is also an £16.00 charge applicable for Wine deliveries to Northern Ireland BT1-BT83.

Contact us for delivery costs to Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Southern Ireland and Scilly Isles and all other destinations. At this time we are unable to process orders to these destinations via the website.

If you live on Guernsey and wish to order wine for your church, we now have a local stockist on the island. Please contact us on for further information.

As of April 2019 all shipping addresses that fall within the Low and Ultra Low Emissions Zones of Central London will be subject to an additional £1.00 delivery charge.
All addresses that are affected by delivery exceptions have been outlined in our Delivery Terms.

Delivery Schedule for Non Alcoholic Wine and Church Supplies

Please allow a maximum of Two Weeks for Communion Wine and approximately Ten Days for Communion Cups, Altar Breads and Aluminium Trays.  Unfortunately we cannot arrange delivery on specific days and/or times.  Delivery of Communion Wine is made Monday-Friday between 8.30am and 4.00pm.

Please allow between Four and Ten Weeks for all Silverware Sets, Communion Sets, Silver Tray, Silver Bowl and Silver Cruet etc orders. Though in practice as long as the item is in stock this should be dispatched within a few business days of receipt of the order.  We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods or services you have ordered, or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered, that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, snow, flood, fire, explosion or accident.


Any breakages or loss must be notified to us and the carriers in writing within fourteen days of the delivery date. For non-delivery, advice in writing must be received by us within 28 days of invoice date.


Tax Charges

Where applicable the price is inclusive of VAT.  Please note VAT is not applicable to Non Alcoholic Communion Wine or Altar Breads.

Credit Card Security

All orders are processed via Worldpay or Paypal and as such no card details are held on our systems. Worldpay and Paypal both comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Refunds - Up to 30 days

If your goods are faulty, unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described; you can get a full refund subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.

To claim a refund you must write to us at:

to confirm the fault and arrange the return of the item(s).  This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product.  After 30 days you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault. You are responsible for the cost of postage for any returns to Frank Wright Mundy, so the cost will depend on the size of the parcel you are returning.  We recommend that you use registered post for your returns in case the parcel gets lost.  If the item that is returned is not faulty or defective, a deduction for outward carriage of £5.00 per item will be made from any refund issued. Please note any items "Sold as Seen", "Pre-Loved", "Second Hand" or "Ex-Display" are non-refundable.

Refunds - Up to 6 Months

If you are outside the 30-day right to reject, we will repair the item if the fault/defect was present from the date of purchase.  If it cannot be repaired or replaced, or the repair is unsatisfactory, then you are entitled to a price reduction if you wish to keep the product or a full refund (in most cases).  No deduction can be made from a refund in the first 6 months following an unsuccessful attempt at repair or replacement. If  however, the fault is caused by misuse or accidental damage the cost of the repair must be met by the customer.  Any refund due will be made via the original payment method.

Improper Care or Maintenance

We cannot accept responsibility for damage to goods due to improper care or maintenance, this includes over tightening of cruet screw tops resulting in damage to the cruet.
